Waste of money. I was given this machine bout 10 months ago and have no complaints about the space saving/folding design. However as many others have already said, the problems are with the utensils and their inability to combine ingredients. I have been making cakes, bread etc. Successfully for many years, but have yet to produce anything satisfactory using this machine.
The dough hooks can only be used for 2 minutes before allowing machine to cool for 15 minutes - you can knead a dough by hand in that time. Just this morning in the interests of speed i decided to have another go at using it for a cake mixture and yet again the results are only fit for the bin, which is where i think the mixer will end up too. Very disappointing.
