I have experienced my kenwood for some several years and the two the lid and the bowl have been replaced but the motor retains on going. The bowl arrived perfectly packaged and on time.
It is fantastic. It is perfect. I waited for so very long to invest in it, following my husb broke it whilst washing the dishes. But i am glad. Now i have it.
It is fairly highly-priced although.

Support and service. I bought it with full excitement and took this to my home town india as a gift for my mother but unfortunately while installing it first time un fortunately the led of the bowl dropped and the lock was broken( though it was my fault but still the video specifically shows its unbreakable). I was nt able to use that proper ly again i came back to u. E i contacted customer service and told the incident they straight away said its is not covered then i bought new lead the worker brought a very untidy lead as if i am not paying any thing for that and after a aggressive talk he went inside n bring a new lead n i ordered a jar also again i make a mistake i had nt checked it when i came back home just to have a look i found the jar glass is broken.
I was very disappointed and falt bad. Then i had not contacted kenwood again. If this is the customer service i m nt happy i m not at all happy with the way i was treated i this this can be a last product i purchased from kenwood. N will not suggest any one. Demo was gud bt thing were totally opposite.
